I placed a order on geek. But it is showing up on geek as still in the shopping cart. I hate to reorder. Has anyone else had this issue before?

Sorry Hun have never been to that sight before! I sure hope you took my advice and started going through PayPal! They can check that out for you with out reordering!

I would not trust a company that doesn't answer calls or emails. Look at the review list above and most of the reviews are 1 Star. That should give you a clue who you're dealing with. I'm beginning to wonder who is writing the 5 Star Reviews. Makes you wonder.

I would check your payment method first. If it is not on it than there is a good chance it is not complet

Once you make payment it should not show up in the shopping cart anymore.it ahould show in your order history. Did you use paypal or credit card.? You can check those to see if it went through or not.

Victoria l. If you are certain you placed the order with Wish.com/Geek then you should have received a confirmation email regarding that order. Geek has always been good at sending confirmation emails about orders placed. If you have not received any confirmation then I would say it's safe to assume the order has not been completed. So, you can go into your Geek app preferences (same online) and look in the "Things I Own" section to see if it's there or not. You also have the option to CANCEL orders in your order history section or shopping cart. If you are in doubt, I would first cancel my order, then reorder. However, if you have read any of my posts you would know that I am completely against supporting this company at all. So buyer be ware, and good luck.

I recieved MOST of the items i ordered, most were fine, some items were unbelievably TINY! The pics on website looked nothing like what i had ordered. Now i'm waing on a few more items that i ordered in november. I might still order certain items, but mostly ill buy from another retailer.

I ordered 8 Item's since December 7th2015 I didn't receive none items. I contacted the customer support seems, it's a computer generated answer.
I will not recommend shopping from this site. I am slowly getting my refund s back so far 3 items have been refunded.
