I bought 2 tickets for the Elton John Concert in Dubai and was ripped off by VIAGOGO. The face value per ticket is AED 595 and only after paying I realized that I was paying almost double the price due overpriced ticket sale and hidden fees. After receiving the tickets I saw that the name on ticket is wrong and there is a note printed on the same ticket saying it is invalid if bought through Viagogo. Furthermore, the show was postponed from the 15th to the 20th and I am unable to attend and there is no refund policy. "If the ticket is bought via a reseller such as Onlineticketshop ,Viagogo or Dubizzle it is considered invalid" How can I get my money back!
