on 9/16/15They apparently have many warehouses, Rosegal is also them, and they don't always send everything together as their products can be spread across different warehouses, when you received your confirmation of shipment email, was there any items listed at the bottom as still waiting shipment? Send them a ticket through their contact us link and ask what's happening, they are pretty good at getting back to you, always within 24 hrs. Good luck!
It doesn't matter, the jumper wouldn't fit anyway and the earring would probably make your ear turn green. Just consider it a loss and never order from them again
