Are all payments to them processed through paypal? That might be a way to resolve my issue I never received the dress I ordered and they won't refund

If I'm a size large in USA merchandise what size should I order from ur store.for men's shirts
I have a item that is completely different to what i ordered, it needs returning and i want a refund on it how do i return it.
