I have a item that is completely different to what i ordered, it needs returning and i want a refund on it how do i return it.

I didn't know how to go about getting a refund either... the clothes are rags... was ashamed to show my husband and tell him what I had spent... can only advise other people not to purchase... they should be closed down...
