I purchased a designer wallet and realized it was not authentic as soon as i opened the package. i returned it the next day and tradesy will not refund me as they claim their "experts" authenticated the wallet. the product is definitely not authentic and they cannot certify as such. does anyone know how i can get a full refund? they protect the seller but not the buyer. I had to file complain with BBB to get my refund to my original payment.

But I use my own shipping. It's cost-effective to get your own Fedex acct and ship via Fedex Home. It's less expensive than USPS.

You have to request a return, In turn they(Tradsey) will email you a return label. When they get the item they inspect it, compare your reason of return to the sellers description.
