I purchased a designer wallet and realized it was not authentic as soon as I opened the package. I returned it the next day and Tradesy will not refund me as they claim their "experts" authenticated the wallet. The product is definitely not authentic and they cannot certify as such. Does anyone know how I can get a full refund? They protect the seller but not the buyer.

I had to file complain with BBB to get my refund to my original payment.
