hi, I have a clim about my orders I can't received the item &canceltion item damage but until now I don't know how to trace that site because the changing name shop I don't know how to refund my purchases deposit money! I need to help a website com how to trace and clim! if ever anytime I'm ready to gave to prove that copy bank book statement or what anything allowed requirements about my card account statement! & I know the traders, shop her shop is sister company can I to helping the traders shop about that regarding my ordering process &nd I have the right that to research how to traces & clims! please gave me a kind advice! thank you
