You have to request a return, In turn they(Tradsey) will email you a return label. When they get the item they inspect it, compare your reason of return to the sellers description.
You have to use their return label which you can print and send it right away ( you have four day window) also email the returns department and say that the item was misrepresented and that you want a full refund. You may need to call and email a few times but
If the item was misrepresented you will get a refund.
