Why so many bad reviews? Does Tophatter have enough staff or tech department to make sure your site and deliveries run smoother?

The positive reviews on Tophatter far out weigh the negative. Of course these reviews are majority based on shopper feedback and each persons experience varies.

Our current rating for Android is 4.4 out of 5.0,4.6/5.0 for Apple, 4.0/5.0 for Sitejabber, 4.4/5.0 for Trust Pilot with a 8.5 out of 10 trust rating. We also have a A+ grade with the Better Business Bureau.
