If I'm the 1 that requested to cancel my account because I got back from the hospital and didn't get notice of the policy change, why can't my account be restored after I figured out what was going on? My account wasn't closed by Tophatters decision because I did something wrong, it was my request. I asked support would I be able to come back in the future when I better understand the policies and I didn't get answer. Is there no way to have my account reinstated?
