I won a bracelet but it cost me 55.00 to get it. and when I got it the bracelet was broke and I sent it back I have not heard any thing on it.

If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can request to return an item for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. A full refund of the original price paid will be processed upon return of the item in its original condition with a valid return tracking number.

If you haven't received a response, please check your Spam folder and mark "Not Spam" on any emails from Tophatter that are found there.
