After reading so many bad reviews, i am hesitant to order my wedding dress and veil from this company. i am an older bride, and this will be my first and last wedding. i neither have the time or patience for wrong colors, wrong and/or undelivered orders. what kind of guarantee can you give me, right here, right now, that the same thing won't happen to me as happened to many of your other customers? Answer:

Don't order please, weddings are very special and this is not the right place to get yr dress. I ordered two dresses and only received one which was stained. The dress looked like it was used. I have not hard anything about the second dress and I can tell u am very disappointed. This is my first time that am writing a review online cause I have never experienced anything like this at all. I do a lot of online shopping and this is the first time I have received partially what I ordered for.

Hi, i am interested in getting a wedding dress. i stay in the uk and i want to know how long it will take to get here. i also want to know if i can be sure of the fabric and the size of the dress because i often see that orders look different from the original picture when they arrive.

Answer:

I agree Nermeen. Stay away! They do not return items and keep your money.

I have been emailing and calling for a explanation on why my order is still waiting to be shipped. if its unavailable, the least that could be done is some type of notification stating that it may be placed on back order, that way i could cancel and find other items else where. instead, my money is taken with no time frame on when i will receive any of my garments. i truly want to know if my items will be shipped any time this week. if not, i need to cancel! please some one answer my need to know because it's becoming very frustrating. Answer:

Stay away from this fraudulent site! If already ordered, go to Paypal resolution center! Nothing else will help you. Paypal really helped me to get my money back after I finally received very ugly dress instead of what I ordered. And you can read a lot of negative posts about this site below on this page. Good commants above are fake. Communicating with this fraudulent company is useless.

It took me a month to receive my dress. Then I tried it on, found that it was horrible, and returned it right after. Waste of my time and money.

Yes, only way to get refund is go through PayPal or your credit card company. Love the way they've padded up the comments above. This company is complete scam.
