I have been emailing and calling for a explanation on why my order is still waiting to be shipped. If its unavailable, the least that could be done is some type of notification stating that it may be placed on back order, that way I could cancel and find other items else where. Instead, my money is taken with no time frame on when I will receive any of my garments. I truly want to know if my items will be shipped any time this week. If not, I need to cancel! Please some one answer my need to know because it's becoming very frustrating.

Go to Paypal resolution center! Nothing else will help you. Paypal really helped me to get my money back after I finally received very ugly dress instead of what I ordered. And you can read a lot of negative posts about this site below on this page. Good commants above are fake. Communicating with this fraudulent company is useless.
