First order is 20 after that free shipping is $50 but there are times when they have sales that offer free shipping no matter how much you buy

When will the items be delivered..

Hello Shanni, When orders are placed, we strive to ship the orders out of our fulfillment center within 1 business day. Once the order is marked as shipped, you will be emailed with tracking information. The email will be sent to the address used to complete your order. Best, Lauren Swap Support

Hi guys. i sent some boxes to swap. should i be concerned? although buying seems to be a good deal, most reviews about selling aren't great. any thoughts?

Answer:

The fees they take are a lot less than where I'm from! Here, the average is 60% fee, you get 40%.

Box was delivered to swap.com on june 23rd. today is september 16th and my items are still not priced. my stuff is listed wrong and i need help.

I am looking for seller perspectives versus buyers opinions. thanks in advance!

Answer:

I wasn't happy as a seller. Some items that I know where clean and pristine were not accepted. I did complait to customer service and the do have a review process but I had already donated them so it wasnt an option, but next time I will request a review. I am still purchasing from them cause I can't find anyone any cheaper. The do pay out every 15 days right now, but they have since changed the procedure and can now only receive store credit. Again, as a buyer, completely happy, as a seller, not so much.
