I was charged twice for each box that I sent to SWAP to sell. ($11.90 x 2). Why? Swap recycle all my rejected items (no returns).
Swap, if you're going out of business, please have the decency to tell us.
What is the situation re: inbound consignments? I want to start consigning, but have read that I can't get anything processed for months???
what is the shipping cost when ordering several items?
I love Swap...but haven't been able to get IN to order anything! Is the site shut down to ordering too?

When orders are placed, we strive to ship the orders out of our fulfillment center within 1 business day. Once the order is marked as shipped, you will be emailed with tracking information. The email will be sent to the address used to complete your order.

You get it quickly but not sure how soon. Packaging is great too!
