Where is my order and why no one answer the phone? Feels like this is some nice scam you have going on.
I was charged twice for each box that I sent to SWAP to sell. ($11.90 x 2). Why? Swap recycle all my rejected items (no returns).
Swap, if you're going out of business, please have the decency to tell us.
