I wasn't happy as a seller. Some items that I know where clean and pristine were not accepted. I did complait to customer service and the do have a review process but I had already donated them so it wasnt an option, but next time I will request a review. I am still purchasing from them cause I can't find anyone any cheaper. The do pay out every 15 days right now, but they have since changed the procedure and can now only receive store credit. Again, as a buyer, completely happy, as a seller, not so much.
