At least two months and it won't be what you expected at all Shop elsewhere!
Dont order from them. You will regret it! Clothes are awful and returns are to China. They refuse to accept the items and you get them back months later as undeliverable
Yes they do. And if you want to return an item you must pay for it and it is expensive.
You will never receive a quality answer from Customer Service at StyleWe. And do know, your return has to go to China where they will deny ever receiving it - even if you have a tracking number. Do not send your items back USPS because they don't provide tracking numbers. And when your purchase does get sent back, they're going to ask you for more money to get your item out of customs so they can process your refund. That's why they run their little sham of offering a discount off your purchase instead of a full refund. They sound so nice in their emails, but it's a total sham-show. You are better off donating your dress and never shopping at StyleWe again.
StyleWe doesn't stick to any of its delivery promises. The items come from China - they say 7 to 12 business days - you could be waiting weeks. Avoid! And don't even try to return an item - you will have to pay shipping, tracking and sometimes even customs back to China. A total scam.
You will not get much luck from PayPal. I thought I had Buyer Protection after my awful experience with StyleWe but they won't help you. You will not get a satisfactory answer from StyleWe either. Read some of the reviews about the return process to China (expensive!) and proceed carefully. Don't send any returns USPS because there is no way to track this and StyleWe will deny ever receiving your item (and there's nothing you can do about the lies from this retailer). You have to take a photo of your package with your label - use UPS with tracking - get everything in writing - and stay on top of PayPal and StyleWe for your answers. Unless you provide PayPal with a real tracking number for returns, you are out of luck.
