I just received a bill for $158 to pay fedex duty tax fee for a StyleWe order 4/5/2018. Is this correct?

Sorry, the international transactions may be charged the customs duty, it`s normal.

I have placed an order and they have charged me but have received no communication and no merchandise.
I love your styles, however, after reading the reviews, I will not place an order.
