on 9/1/17You will not get much luck from PayPal. I thought I had Buyer Protection after my awful experience with StyleWe but they won't help you. You will not get a satisfactory answer from StyleWe either. Read some of the reviews about the return process to China (expensive!) and proceed carefully. Don't send any returns USPS because there is no way to track this and StyleWe will deny ever receiving your item (and there's nothing you can do about the lies from this retailer). You have to take a photo of your package with your label - use UPS with tracking - get everything in writing - and stay on top of PayPal and StyleWe for your answers. Unless you provide PayPal with a real tracking number for returns, you are out of luck.
