I think they buy an expensive designer dress, photograph a model in it, post those photos online to show potential customers, and then hire sweatshops to create poor quality knock-offs. They make you return it to China, which they hide until after you have their low-quality garment that doesn't fit any body type. They misrepresent the process, so they claim to never receive your return while it gets destroyed in shipping, stuck in customs (they will ask you for more money), or other excuses for why they are not at fault. Horrible customer service too. There are multiple fake names who try to tell you why it's your fault they didn't get the return. When you get the crappy coat that doesn't fit, donate it to the homeless rather than waste $50 returning it. They will claim they never got it anyway.
