I have placed an order and they have charged me but have received no communication and no merchandise.
I love your styles, however, after reading the reviews, I will not place an order.
All their reviews are 5 star which is impossible and thus seems FAKE. Have anybody posted negative review of a product and it was published?
Is their clothing true to size? Does it run small? Or large?

Our normal delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for order preparation, plus 10 to 15 working days for mailing. If all the items in your order are in current stock, you could choose express delivery (4-7 business days).
If express option does not show as an option, it means that you can not use expedited shipping method. Hope for your understanding.
