Why does shipping take so long? I ordered 7 days ago and my order is still processing. I spoke to a customer service rep but he was no help, whatsoever. Rue 21 should be more truthful, hire better/more workers, and stop giving people the run around. It's very disrespectful to play with peoples' money.

Had a worst experience with Rue 21. Had ordered 4 items online of which I did not get 1 item and among the other 3, two items were not which I ordered. So contacted customer care, who told me to return the wrong items and promised me refund for the missing item. But I did not get the refund for any, even after returning the wrong items. After several calls to customer care I somehow managed to get the refund for just 1 missing item. For the wrong items which I returned them, I never got refund. Every time I call customer care, they say they have issued a refund now, but of no use. I dont know whom to contact now
Is this something that can be taken up with the better business bureau cuz best believe if I don't get the stuff I ordered on the 25th all hell is going to break loose cuz I don't play with my money. And I wouldn't have thought the rue 21 would have so many issues with getting items shipped to their customers. It's quite a big name.Wish I would have read these before I ordered. I already called customer service to see when my order is going to be done processing he said it should be by tomorrow. Sooo if it's not then Friday I'm getting a refund and going elsewhere with my money
Who is rue21's carrier? Like when you order a package who is delivering it?
I ordered clothes from rue21 July 3rd, 2016, they shipped off the 6th, with a delivery date of the 9th. Today is now July 14 and I still have not got my order. Does anyone know when I can actually get my order? I emailed UPS, and rue21, but they are so unhelpful.

If a sign says "up to 60% off entire store" and a seconds sign says " yes we mean everything" shouldn't that mean that any item you pick up should have some where between 1% up to 60% off. But that was not the case at the speedway Indianapolis store. The cashier told me that "0" is a number too. I explained to him that zero is nothing off. He agreed and I got nothing off until I agreed to purchase another item. Such a play on all of us

Yes, they steal. I ordered items and never got them. Item was supposed to take 5 days. They said they delivered it, but it never came. They stole from me. Stay away.

If your subtotal, without taxes, is $35 or more you have free ship to store. If your subtotal is $50 or more you have free standard shipping. Unfortunately they don't offer free expedited or overnight shipping. They only make charges after the orders ship. All orders take 1-2 business days to be processed, if you place it before 1 PM (Eastern time) it is processed that same day; standard and ship to store take 5-7 business days to ship, expedited takes 2 business days to ship and overnight takes 1 day to ship. Hope this helps!

I have to agree, even if you spend more than $50, you may or may not get the free shipping they promise.

Also, if you try to call the wait is SO long it's stupid, so don't bother.

In terms of tax, that's anything you buy online that's clothes, so... O. o

I haven't had them "steal" any money from me, and shipping for me wasn't too bad, came within the next week.

You are not supposed to be charged for shipping if you spend $50. Or more. I originally spent 121.00 and they did charge me for shipping. They also don't show the tax when I placed my order, so when I received my order I saw I was charged 138. Instead of the 121. I thought I was spending. I called customer service, and she was rude. They would not do anything about it. I am not happy with the their online service.
