Question:

I selected to pay thru paypal; i logged into my account, when i filled out the information for my credit card; which i still thought it was thru pp. it must have diverted me out of pp, because when i checked for my transaction on pp it didn't show it; why is that? is pp really not an valid pay option?

Why can i get an order completed. 2 time it said "my payment was successful but you failed to complete the order". each time i was told through catting and email to just try again. no answer to why it was not complete.

I just bought a laptop skin from red bubble and i have been wondering is the pc laptop 15" inch skin is 15" inchor 15.6"inch? i google for answers and try to use the contact us option at the website but i cant't seem to find and email address. so if it is not 15.6" inch, i have bought the wrong size and what should i do?

Question:

Dear redbubble, for a couple of days now i have been stuck in an annoying email correspondence with one of your employees. they said that my white sweatshirt could not be processed due to a lack of white sweatshirts and they didn't know when they would get more in. setting aside my extreme annoyance on not being informed of this issue sooner. the person i am speaking to now suggests that i order the colour oatmeal which he says and i quote is" still white but under a different name " i do not really believe that this sort of cream colour (oat meal) is actually the white and i am frankly infuriated that they are treating me like such an idiot as i already told them none of the other colours appealed to me, but i am happy to wait for the white sweatshirt to come back into stock. a single phone call would have resolved all these issues but i am worried i will now have to wait several days for a response via email. all i want is my swearshirt in the colour i paid for, i don't mind waiting. is this oatmeal colour genuinely white or is it the cream colour that appears on the website (if so that is not white)? this customer service is utterly terrible and not knowing what your production partners are doing is not a valid excuse.

I placed an order to send to my friend for her birthday. the website said i would get a confirmation email and i never got one. also, i put her address at first but on the next page it asked for a billing address and i put mine. will the shirt go to her house or mine? one last question, my order has not piped up on my transaction history for my card, what does that mean facing the fact that the order said it was done on the website?
