Dear Redbubble,
For a couple of days now I have been stuck in an annoying email correspondence with one of your employees. They said that my white sweatshirt could not be processed due to a lack of white sweatshirts and they didn't know when they would get more in. Setting aside my extreme annoyance on not being informed of this issue sooner. The person I am speaking to now suggests that I order the colour oatmeal which he says and I quote is" still white but under a different name " I do not really believe that this sort of cream colour (oat meal) is actually the white and I am frankly infuriated that they are treating me like such an idiot as I already told them none of the other colours appealed to me, but I am happy to wait for the white sweatshirt to come back into stock. A single phone call would have resolved all these issues but I am worried I will now have to wait several days for a response via email. All I want is my swearshirt in the colour I paid for, I don't mind waiting. Is this oatmeal colour genuinely white or is it the cream colour that appears on the website (if so THAT IS NOT WHITE)? This customer service is utterly terrible and not knowing what your production partners are doing is not a valid excuse.
