Why can I get an order completed. 2 time it said "my payment was successful but you failed to complete the order". Each time I was told through catting and email to just try again. No answer to why it was not complete.

Hi Janett! We recommend contacting your bank and credit card company as they may be able to bring further insight as to why your order is not going through. In the meantime, you are more than welcome to try placing your order using PayPal at checkout to ensure a smooth transaction. Have a wonderful day!
