Hello yesterday i tried to order a pair oh hogan whomen shoes (traditional sneakers color "marais" size us 8). i twice tried to made the payment but it was refusedby your system. so that my bank has blocked the process thinking it was an attempted fraud. have you any answer to this problem? how can i do to order again ant have assurance about it? thanks for your answer. christine galinier

Answer:

Hello Christine! Maybe some glitches happened with your internet connexion while you submitted the card details. In this kind of cases I suggest the customer to cancel the navigation history, reboot the computer and place a new order. You also have to contact your bank and reassure them about the fact you are the one who did the transaction, otherwise they will deny it again.

I saw the website said duties and taxes are already been paid, but my package was blocked by costumer clearances and they ask me to provide paperwork and pay duties and taxes, i sent an email to customer service but no one reply me, and nobody answer the phone call. my order number is 747834,, please contact me and tell me what i should do.

Dear Yun, we apologize you didn't receive any answer. Emails need sometimes several days to be handled. We always pay for the duties and taxes, this is a mistake from Fedex. We will contact them and ask them to charge the fees on our account. Kind regards

Por lo que cuando un cliente hace un pedido online con nosotros ese pedido es derivado desde la boutique. Este proceso tiene un tiempo estimado de entre 2 y 3 días laborales (unas veces puede ser mayor otras menor, depende de cada tienda). When a customer places the order online the item codes are entered into the system. Some items are with us and ready to ship immediately, and others we must backorder from the licensed boutiques with whom we work. This process takes about 2-3 business days (sometimes less sometimes a bit more, it varies from shop to shop). We are expecting the delivery from the boutique.
