Hello yesterday I tried to order a pair oh hogan whomen shoes (traditional sneakers color "marais" size US 8). I twice tried to made the payment but it was refusedby your system. So that my bank has blocked the process thinking it was an attempted fraud. Have you any answer to this problem? How can I do to order again ant have assurance about it? Thanks for your answer. Hello Christine! Maybe some glitches happened with your internet connexion while you submitted the card details. In this kind of cases I suggest the customer to cancel the navigation history, reboot the computer and place a new order. You also have to contact your bank and reassure them about the fact you are the one who did the transaction, otherwise they will deny it again.
