I saw the website said duties and taxes are already been paid, but my package was blocked by costumer clearances and they ask me to provide paperwork and pay duties and taxes, i sent an email to customer service but no one reply me, and nobody answer the phone call. My order number is 747834,, please contact me and tell me what i should do.

Dear Yun, we apologize you didn't receive any answer. Emails need sometimes several days to be handled. We always pay for the duties and taxes, this is a mistake from Fedex. We will contact them and ask them to charge the fees on our account. Kind regards
