You can not trust anything on that site, i have been buying on there for 2 years and have had a few bad purchases where they sided with the seller, it is a game of chance.

The same thing happened to me. I sent them an email asking them to please transfer my earnings but got a generic response saying they have a high volume of inquiries and will get back to me "when they can". Great. I will post an update when I receive my earnings. It's been a week and they owe me nearly $200 which my gut tells me they are keeping for themselves. Dirty thieves.

You have to be willing to treat Posh like social media -- and talk back and forth to the seller. Here's how it goes: Before buying, check that the seller has logged in or made a comment recently. If they have not, they may have started selling elsewhere or just forgot they even had items up on Poshmark for sale. If the seller has not been active on Poshmark site for a while, and you really want the item (cant find it eslewhere)-- then make a comment on the item asking seller if she's still selling the item. That may reactivate her--she may get an email from Posh saying she has a comment from a customer. They used to have ratings (called Love Notes) that would help you know if the seller was reliaible and shipped quality items. You should check it first before you buy----but I can't find the Love Notes ratings anymore. I don't know if they moved them or did away with them. I am trying to find out about that --because reveiws of sellers are needed on any online site. If you don't get an email that you item has shipped in a day or two--comment to the seller. (They have a max of 7 days to ship with tracking.) If they don't ship within 7 days, you can cancel the order and your refund is deposited back in your Paypal or payment method. If you love the item and don't want to cancel--you just have to keep bugging the seller until you get the item shipped or decide to cancel. If the item is not as described (wrong size or damaged more than stated), open a case with Poshamrk and send a photo of the item and what's wrong. They will refund your money and give you a label to return the item to seller. I think if this happens a lot they will suspend the seller but Im not sure. Give the seller a rating after your transaction to let others know her faults (slow shipping etc) and/or good things about dealing with her.

I'm very new to this app but I've been told to never use PayPal when completing my transaction because that's how us buyers get scammed and the possibility of getting the money back is very low. I hope u get every penny back!

CANCEL YOUR ORDER! IMMEDIATELY! You are more than likely getting scammed. It happened to me when I traded someone for an item. She swore she sent it out, I sent my item to her. I tracked my item it was delivered. But she never sent me a tracking number, she just sent me a picture of the receipt and cut off half the tracking number, so i was out my item and never got hers. I think she cancelled the package or she worked for the PO and just printed out a label. Contact PoshMark and cancel your order. Best of luck to you!

There is "No" Customer Service # for Poshmark. What does that tell You? If You type in Cheap China jewelry on Ebay You will see this 99cent stuff appear that they are selling for $10 & up... pathetic... Tell Your bank. Once Your bank gets involved Posh will respond... sad but true. And "Never" trade with anyone. Total scammers...

Are You saying that the seller who You had a dispute with blocked You first, then put Her items as: Not For Sale? You stated all of YOUR listings had been removed? There is no way a seller can have Your items removed. Only Posh can delete items, which is rare unless people complain about that seller over & over & over again, then, maybe they will investigate. Steer clear of that site. Young teenagers are now selling on there. Guys are now too... they are ruining it for the honest sellers who work hard on selling an nice item that is in the guidelines. I don't care to read that it is a Woman's Fashion site & see infant clothes & toys. Very sad.

Hope this case is resolved by now but it shouldn't take longer than two weeks as long as you have photo evidence of everything.

Handbags & jewelry have alot of scammers selling fake items. If You ask the seller if it's authentic & You get a reply back, it still doesn't guarantee that it is authentic. They lie. There is Betsey Johnson & MK jewelry selling ramped on Posh that are not authentic. It is China stuff. Always go to ebay & type in what You are looking for. Coach bags have a creed code. Know more information by googling the item You are perhaps going to buy on Posh. Then compare. Most watches has the model # on the back. Ask for that & then type that in on Ebay. You will see if it is legit & also see if the seller is selling too high. Also there is a # for Coach to call with the creed # & they can tell You if it's authentic or not. A seller writes: Price reflects Authenticity" & is getting away with it. You can email Posh but they really don't care unless many others complain about the seller. Good luck. You're going to need it!
