You can not trust anything on that site, i have been buying on there for 2 years and have had a few bad purchases where they sided with the seller, it is a game of chance.

Most sellers are very trustworthy, it's only a couple of bad apples that ruin the entire system. I suggest you check their "love notes" on their profile page to get a basic idea of how reliable the seller is. See some of their "sold" listings for possible complaints from other poshers. If you do get scammed, contact the staff as soon as you get the item. They're very helpful in my experience.
