The same thing happened to me. I sent them an email asking them to please transfer my earnings but got a generic response saying they have a high volume of inquiries and will get back to me "when they can". Great. I will post an update when I receive my earnings. It's been a week and they owe me nearly $200 which my gut tells me they are keeping for themselves. Dirty thieves.

I agree! I got blocked too for filling a claim about several scammers on the site! Being blocked doesn't matter to me since i lost hopes on the site plus i didn't plan to buy or sell for the lack I didn't see support from them! However It is pretty unfair that my earnings are stuck in the app and I am not able to transfer them to me I got a generic response too!
