Tell Your bank. Once Your bank gets involved Posh will respond... sad but true. And "Never" trade with anyone. Total scammers...
Poshmark doesn't have a customer service line. They make heaps of money and can't even be bothered to hire anyone for this simple necessity. Believe me, many other important jobs go undone or half-done at this company. Customers are expected to foot the bill for their incompetence. I would suggest going to your bank for a chargeback. If they can't be bothered to help you in a timely fashion, let that be a matter of record.
