Why so quick to respond to a negative review? if that much effort was given before a customer gets upset you'd have happier customers, better reviews, and repeat business. oh and by the way, they told me they never contacted the merchant and i still haven't received my refund. get your facts straight before making assumptions. merry christmas and may this be a lesson learned for the new year.

I sell on ebay and would like to sell on another site. i am thinking about opensky, but your vendors or sellers seem to have gotten a very bad reputation. convince me why i should be a seller on opensky.

Answer:

If they have a card, don't get it! I returned both my items $100 worth even though. I won't get a refund, they were of no use to me, very poor quality, the zipper on the one broke the 1st time I used it

I ordered an item and it was shipped on november 25th and it is december 1st and the tracking number said that it shipped out from a plano tx office and it went to a dallas tx office, left there and went to another dallas tx office. the zip codes were the same. i am so frustrated and going to call my card company to report a scam and have this investigated if i don't get an answer tomorrow. i called the direct toll free number and i haven't gotten any answers. this is sounding like a big scam! no biggie for me. i will contact the attorney general office in any of the states that are dealing with this sale and report to them what has happen.
