Hi Tema! This is their "hook". It's a marketing ploy, which is why I ordered from them once and then again. When they gave me grief about returns and return shipping fees, that's when I said no more. There are far too many online sites to shop with that offer better returns, free shipping, etc. So sorry you wasted all that time shopping for your $250 credit. Remember the old rule of thumb... if it sounds too good to be true, then it is!

I also spent hours looking at items. And I didn't fall for the $250.00 deal. I can't explain anything that OpenSky does. Looking at all the bad reviews of people who have complained, the majority of those are saying that the worst of the worst has happened to buyers. Open Sky contacted me and I replied. If they responded to me, if you write them, odds are they will contact you as well. I wish I could help... I will contact Facebook and let them know the outcome of my complaint.
