I finally received my order 6 weeks later and they did credit my shipping charges!
There is a place on opensky where you can contact them immediately. They refunded my money immediately. Its after you log in. Posting here doesn't contact opensky. You have to contact them through their website.
Mine is 99% resolved... still an issue about the return label and I had to pay additional postage... Honestly, if it weren't for my CC, it would never have been resolved!
I actually have. But it took months and some research to find a phone number so that I could talk to a live person. Then the issue was resolved within a week.
HaHa! That is funny!
It cost me almost $15 to resolve my issue, and it also took SEVERAL WEEKS. Anyone who says that is was done immediately, is a liar.
