I placed an order yesterday for a bionic steel stainless metal garden hose, Liam tracking my order and it hasn't been shipped yet. why?

As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, and will be able to use that information to track the remaining progress.
Also, for future reference, you can confirm how long any item generally takes to ship (and be delivered) by clicking the "Shipping" tab on each product details page.
