I got a call from what i was told that it was spoofed. how can i tell if it is a real call from nfl shop?

Hello Chris! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we are away of an issue with spoofing calls recently. Under no circumstances would we ever contact our Fans with a message of that nature. We are working with the appropriate parties to have the situation rectified. Spoofing is where a company or individual changes their caller ID to reflect a different person/company and there is no affiliation. Would you mind sending us a private message and provide us with the phone number that the call originated from? We would very much appreciate any information you can give us! Both my sister and i submitted orders on 12/1 and 12/4. i have charges on my card for random businesses in china, but not tracking info and no product. she has the same issue. wondering if we should dispute these with visa and call it good. this has been a joke.

I ordered an item last thursday morning (12/10) and paid a good bit extra for two-day shipping. my tracking number says that it has yet to be shipped. will it be shipped today (which would be the second business day) or is it going to be late? and, if i paid for two day shipping and it is not shipped in two days, do i get a refund/reimbursement on that extra shipping cost?
