I am not happy at all and I feel like I've been robbed. Customer service is shady. They will not give me my order number and have not given me any information at all about my order. Nicol Green: Hello I just waited about an hour for a rep to chat with me about a missing order but he disconnected on me before resolving my problem. Please do not do the same to me. I placed an order on Dec 15 but never got a confirmation email to my ibox (ahmdebahm@gmail.com). I checked out as a guest so I do not have an account to sign in to check the status. I have the paypal transation screenshot to prove the order was placed and processed. See attachment. The rep who I last chatted with named Newton, put me on hold to look up the information in your system but after 10 mins the chat disconnected without any resolve. Can you please help me locate my order based on the Paypal transaction number? Thank you
