I ordered an item last Thursday morning (12/10) and paid a good bit extra for two-day shipping. My tracking number says that it has yet to be shipped. Will it be shipped today (which would be the second business day) or is it going to be late? And, if I paid for two day shipping and it is not shipped in two days, do I get a refund/reimbursement on that extra shipping cost?
