Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we are away of an issue with spoofing calls recently. Under no circumstances would we ever contact our Fans with a message of that nature. We are working with the appropriate parties to have the situation rectified.

Spoofing is where a company or individual changes their caller ID to reflect a different person/company and there is no affiliation.

Would you mind sending us a private message and provide us with the phone number that the call originated from? We would very much appreciate any information you can give us!
