Probably a RIP off from china they suck it's a total fraud and scam for your money
NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER ORDER FROM THEM! This is nothing like Amazon. If you want to return an item you must run a timely gauntlet of approvals first. Than, if your actually receive a return approval you must pay for the return to CHINA! Yes to CHINA. I had to pay $75.00 to return a $100 pair of boots and, after one month, have yet to hear from them. This site is a scam!
You wont let me log in, tried many times. Its been a month since I placed my order, I received the pair of boots but not the long sleeves shirt. May I get my refund for the shirt?
You are being scammed. Same thing happened to me. An uploaded tracking number doesnt mean anything has been shipped just that newchic bought cheap shipping and will try to blame the carrier for not delivering anything. It's been over 2 months and my tracking number expired because nothing was ever shipped.
