I contacted the BBB and I still never received a refund. I contacted the BBB a second time, and they contacted Myflightsearch again, but there was nothing further they could do. A hard lesson learned but I will only use tried and true reputable companies.

I do not think that it is a scam... but the lack of customer support seems to be intentional, for example 1-833-200-3270 is no longer in service and 1-833-200-3343 requests name and phone number, but calls are never returned. Emails to Customer Support are not acknowledged. For service, you must call for Booking a flight, and then you can tell them your problem, but no refund for. Lack of service.

It's a Scam, SCAM, SCAM... Please never book... These Agents in that company will sell your CREDIT CARD DETAILS online... even u book with them... My card was used for $2000 in India... Come on People...

You should never be asked to send a copy of any documents
