Same here just got a bill yesterday from UPS delivery. The amount to be paid is almost the same price of what we had paid in the site. My husband even paid extra fro express delivery 2-3 days. We ordered May 1,2015 but the items recieved 3rd week then to my surprised the address came from hongkong and not in Europe since my husband paid in the site somewhere in UK. And the bill I got from UPS indicated the company's name LIGHT IN THE BOX LTD-FRANCE then HONGKONG. So it does mean the website is selling products not on hand but only purchased it in hongkong when they got orders and not telling the hidden fees. Hhhmmm. It's a tricked selling cheap goods inorder to get customers but customers don't really pay cheap but more than the price that they've got!
I'm from Denmark, not really good in english writing. I agree with Sean D. When I went to their website, there was no informations that told me, that the compagny wasn't in Denmark. When the packet arrived, I got a letter from Danisk customs. I had to pay almost 300 dkr before I could get my packet. And I had already payed for the things. I couldn't find a customer service on their site, I tryed many different ways. I gave up, payed the money to customs, got my packet and promised my self, that I NEVER will bye there again. I warn everyone I know about the compagny. So be carefull if you think about bying things from that firm. (Don't do it!)
No, almost all their products are shipped from overseas. On most items, the shipment is fast. You can contact them if you have a concern about an item you bought.
I doubt it. And trying to find information about this site is very hard. They have no costomer service and the only way I got them to contact me was writing a bad review on site jabber. I did receive the one item I ordered from them about 40 days after I ordered it, but I will never order from them again.
Light in the box is the same as Mini in the box. LIB is uk registred but products ONLY come from UK Europe if so indicated. If nothing is mentioned, it comes from China. No-one is hiding that.
