I ordered a screen for my Wii U controller October 3rd shows the payment has been taken from my PayPal account and I got a message saying the order was received still have not gotten my package and payment has been taken from me when I go under my orders on the website it doesn't show that I have ordered anything ever have the payment history on my paypal account to prove payment was taken where is my package or my money?
