You may never get your money the app is a. Joke they just closed my account after a package with tracking there own label never arrives so they say they refunded me but then put my account under review took there refund back and closed my account for no reason I thought until I noticed all the money in the app that was to be transferred to my bank never made it I made a police report to find out there not even in the US some country I don't recall but there was nothing they could do scandalous I say scandalous

If buyer opened pkg when they rcvd it and stated it was as advertised they can't come back at a later time for refund. Buyer has 3days to rate Seller and only then is Seller paid

They don't. Tons of fake items are sold to unsuspecting customers. Steer clear!

It should only take between 3 and 5 days. There is an issue. Re-check your bank info on your profile. Check with your bank and see if they tried to deposit, and then ask support. Also, once your account is verified, use the instant pay. Costs $2 but worth it.

If you click track package you will see if the package has been mailed or not. If the seller hasn't mailed it within 5 days just message the seller and Mercari as well. You will get a refund if seller is unresponsive or doesn't mail it right out

When you list your item scroll down to the shipping and click send standard shipping then click mail on your own. It doesn't have to be for big packages, I use it all the time to ship priority mail. Each auction you choose how to mail item. Either free shipping, prepaid label or ship on your own

They won't call you back, and they respond like robots. They have the worst customer service ever.

Terrible customer service when you need to reach someone you can't just terrible I am going to sue them once I handle one situation

Yes. The sellers Will request msg stating size and color requested

Go to the item sold & there should be an option to request the release of your funds. For what it's worth, if the buyer does something stupid, that can delay it further. It's also more like 4 days vs. 3 by the way they count so do be aware of that. Hope this helps.
