I originally sold a Louis Vuitton never full pm bag, I got it authentication from Mercari, now seller wants to return claiming fake? Can they do that?

If buyer opened pkg when they rcvd it and stated it was as advertised they can't come back at a later time for refund. Buyer has 3days to rate Seller and only then is Seller paid
