What the custom duty for australia?

I'm not sure but I think Light I the Box now add custom charges to postage fees so you won't have to pay for extra fees. It might be different if you qualify for free expedite shipping. I'll suggest you go on their website and have a live chat with one of the customer reps. They might be in a better position to help. You can trust them

Hi, usually the shipping is about 2 to 4 weeks, but it depends on your region. Yeah, we offer shipping insurance for the parcels if it is delayed or lost, we take the responsibility.

Placed an order for bridesmaid dress on 14th september still not arrive. try to go back in and track order and saying no order placed. yet money gone

If the order is purchased via PayPal, our system will automatically created an account for customer. The email address is customer's PayPal account, so please log in your account by your paypal email address, you will see the order information. If you forgot password, click "forgot your password" and a new one will be received in the registered email.
