Realistically, expect longer than the 2-4 weeks to get the order if you order a custom or even regular fit. Note that their "time to process" is BUSINESS DAYS only, so your 14 business day estimate can be more than 3 weeks, just to process and then the same for shipping. Shipping was relatively quick to Canada once it was shipped, but there were SIGNIFICANT tax/import/duty fees imposed on the order which made it FAR less affordable than the cost+ shipping (which is already significant). I made an order, that was NOT a custom size, on March 17,2022, and it has JUST shipped on April 9, and I don't expect the item until April 18 according to the tracking number. I have already paid import fees of more than 1/3 the cost of the item. They wouldn't allow me to cancel it.
